@MrSmurfsrock it's really easy to type on, but i prefer the iConcepts one where the spacebar is separated into four little mini-fied versions of a normal space bar. Other than that, the typing experience is actually a lot easier than you might think. It's actually sort of fun 8)

I have a 2009 Nissan Sentra 2.0s.The car is not bad.It has a solid ride and very comfortable seats but there are a few major issues that everyone should know about. But that just adds more interior room than others because I would know because I have one. I also have a Ford Focus and that has very little back seat room.

Also if one is not so worried about ultra lite you can most likely use a can of Sterno fuel the same way Jason demonstrated using the alcohol stove inside of the upper part of the stove. I am curious though. The fuel port on mine seems smaller on my stove than yours, Jason. Mines about 4 1/4 in height and 4 1/2 inches wide. It just looks smaller than yours.

I never served in the military,but as a former law enforcement officer I really prefer the Beretta 9mm over a Glock or 1911.The accuracy at longer ranges is definately what does it for me.If some one was in my house I would take the .45 but if I was in a bad part of town i would take the 9mm simply because its a precision weapon with amazing accuacy.As long as you dont encounter some one with body armor than a 9mm has all the stopping power you need.

@chupiggy I am into action shooting, where grip is very important. For me the angle of a Glock is too much. I always end up seeing all of the slide (a bad angle). If you are getting into a shoting sport, I recomend trying all different types of pistols before deciding on a $500 Glock as the do-all pistol. I personally like the S&W M&P series, I have a standard 9mm, a standard .40 cal, and two Pro Series 9mm. I used them in two of my "Poser Cam" videos.

Here I thought I'd share a bit of research I did over the past few days. Are incandescents better because they don't contain mercury? NO. We can reduce mercury pollution from CFLs to zero by taking two steps: 1) use clean sources of power, 2) recycle the bulbs after they blow. Think about it.

I replaced all incandescent bulbs in my house with CFLs and to reach similar light level I had to buy significantly more CFL wattage than what you say here and it still hurts my eyes. Tried all types, they're all the same. Point 3: CO2 is not an argument. People will release all CO2 they can to atmosphere over time and nothing will stop them. It is not a question of millions of mercury lighbulbs in the landfill that could do harm, the real issue is contributing to already excessively high amounts of mercury in the environment, and therefor, our own bodies. You could also argue that the flourecesnt in the landfill is sequestering the mercury for the most part. Once the bulb is buried in the land fill most of the mercury vapor in it isn't going to escape into the atmosphere when it finally breaks, just become incorperated into the garbage and ground. And since landfills are isolated from groundwater it will concentrate at the bottom of the liner.

I'm wondering if that much mercury is even enough to care about either way. it's spread out so thin in the case of coal (diffused over years) and the amount in the landfill takes hundreds of bulbs just to reach a concentration of one gram. It seems to me we have more pressing pollution problems than worrying about this even within the landfill itself. Lowering the carbon output sounds legit tho.

The knife I keep in my small survival kit is an older genuine Swiss military issued knife made by Wenger. Looks a lot like the Camillus version with the same tools. But I always bring with me a sturdy larger Buck lock-back knife and my Leatherman Wave as my primary cutting tools when ever I head out into the woods. What's in my small survival kit is simply for in case of emergency.

@daveylad13 Why not put a mini maglite in a small survival kit? True there are better lights out there, but for around $8 the mini maglites are hard to beat. I can't justify paying $100+ for a small tactical flashlight to put in a small last-resort survival pack. I've owned a few mini maglites since they first hit the market and have never been let down by one.

@PackRat556 Regardless of all the new overpriced LED tactical flashlights on the market today, the 2AA Mini Maglite is still very hard to beat for the money. I've owned and lost (or had stolen) a few Mini maglites over the years, but I still have the first mini maglite I bought in 1984. The TerraLUX LED makes an excellent upgrade to any mini maglite. Great video!! Thanks for posting it.

@bombilla42 There are many factors that influence muzzle flip, but generally muzzle flip is reduced with a lower bore axis thanks to simple physics of leverage. Have you compared the muzzle flip between the glock and the ruger with the same view angle? I guess that is the only way to really compare the kick.

It's good but i have the flip and i like it better. I definetely know that editing w/ flipshare is way easier on the flip. The Kodak is a bit too bulky and very ugly. However, it's video quality in HD is superior than the flip's video quality in HD. For serious video shooting, I say the Zi6, but for simple, good looking fun vids, thee flip's the one!

Sony knew this camera could auto adjust perfectly and CHOSE not to let it. That's called a gyp where I come from! It has nothing to do with todays or the technology of a four years ago. I paid $500 for this camera that has the capability to take the perfect shot, but won't do it for me.

I don't care what Diginfo says, I am NEVER buying a Sony camera or anything else for that matter for one simple reason. I am an owner of Sony S85. It's not the newest camera, but just the fact that, in auto mode it adjusts horribly, then when you press the shutter it momentarily readjusts and displays THE PERFECT FUCKING IMAGE in the VF, then readjusts to shit again for the actual shot! That's Sony telling me, "Yeah our camera can take the perfect shot, but we won't let it." Fuck you Sony!

So in the case of my camera someone at Sony HAD TO SAY at one point, we'll give the camera tghe capability to make evrything look perfect in the photo, but not when it's taking the photo. Fuck you Sony. It only $500, but I hope your company burns to the ground for selling faulty products intentionally! Have I mentioned, fuck you sony!

I don't trust Sony for shit! I purchased a Sony DSC three years ago and it is the biggest piece of shit ever. In auto it ONLY adjusts to the brightest spot in the frame and it problems with color. Purple looks blue, BUT when I press the shutter, for a split second everything in the viewfinder is perfect just before it readjusts AGAIN to make everyhitng look like shit for the shutter. And after just three years, knobs and shit are beginning to stop working. Never buying Sony ANYTHING!

Not bad! I wonder what the video quality will look like. Have yet to see 3D ugh plus I have to get a 3D tv to view it on. So many toys, so little money.
